Health Safety Protocols

Pre-arrival Procedures

Safety for our guests and associates has always been a top priority for Minty Living and we want our tenants to know that we are doing everything we can to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment when they move in.

We use electrostatic sprayers—the same machines used for fogging airplanes—to sanitize all surfaces in all areas both inside and outside the home. The disinfecting machine rapidly sprays an EPA-approved solution that clings to surfaces, offering the ability to sanitize large areas quickly, but is safe to breathe.

During Stay

Should our guests choose to include 2x per month cleaning, our full-time in-house team (who follows ALL CDC guidelines for in-house sanitization and turnover) would arrive in full PPE including:

face shield

mask

gloves

protective gown

We have also installed hand sanitizer inside of all exterior doors for guests who are arriving home.
